Hello! I’m Tanya,

your Occupational Therapist & Sleep Health Practitioner

As an occupational therapist with a special interest in sleep health, I focus on offering a client-centred service to all ages of the sleep-deprived. My strategies are evidence-based, inclusive and non-pharmacological, aimed at empowering everyone to sleep better and improve their overall health and well-being.

I serve on the South African Sleep and Health Society Allied Subcommittee. I also offer training to health professionals who want to learn more about how they can help their patients struggling with sleep issues.

Whether you’re dealing with a severe sleep disorder or simply looking to improve your sleep quality and daytime performance – I’m here to help. I offer both face-to-face and virtual services.
